Processing Time: You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 1-3 working day, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays (we observe statutory holidays in Canada).
Shipping method: We ship products worldwide from Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
- Usually, the delivery time is 1 to 7 business days to a Canadian address, plus 1-3 business days to process the order.
- Usually, the delivery time is 6 to 12 business days to a USA address, plus 1-3 business days to process the order.
- Usually, the delivery time is 6 to 12 business days internationally, plus 1-3 business days to process the order.
- Standard shipping time is estimate only and it’s not guaranteed. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
Tax: HST will be charged for orders shipped to British Columbia (PST/GST), Ontario ,New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI and Newfoundland. All other orders shipped to a Canadian address will be charged GST only. We do not charge any sales tax for orders shipped to non-Canadian or international address. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any duty tax / tariff that may incurred.

It is only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you have placed an order, Zoie & Zane will determine whether or not to fill the order, and Zoie & Zane has the right to refuse or limit your order for any reason. Zoie & Zane reserves the rights to accept, refuses, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order, you agree that Zoie & Zane’s total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Zoie & Zane for the product, giving rise to Zoie & Zane liability.
Physical Damage Policy:Physical damage to any product purchased at Zoie & Zane will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. As a result, Zoie & Zane will return any physically damaged item back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 14 days.
Damage on Arrival: DOA’s (Damage On Arrival) are an unavoidable aspect of any business model that involves direct shipment to customers. Please understand that Zoie & Zane ships only products it assumes to be functional and that any defective product you may have received was either damaged in transit or was anomalous.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES ZOIE & ZANE’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. ZOIE & ZANE SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. ZOIE & ZANE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT ZOIE & ZANE HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
Waiver:The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party’s right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement:These terms and conditions, together with Zoie & Zane’s invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Zoie & Zane and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Zoie & Zane and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
Governing law: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Zoie & Zane and Customer shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Zoie & Zane and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the Courts of British Columbia, Canada, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Zoie & Zane that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
